Our portable modular buildings come in a range of designs, and we can consult with you on a customised modular building. We can adapt most building plans to suit a modular building system.

All of our portable buildings are constructed in our factory in Smeaton Grange in NSW – just outside of Sydney, therefore your building will be efficiently built in a controlled environment. Our Sydney based location means reduced transport fees for NSW based projects. We can transport portable buildings to Canberra and the ACT.

All trades are within our factory follow BlueSky Modular Quality Control Process and WHS standards. Our trades include carpentry, boilermaking/welding, construction, metal fabrication, plumbing, eletcrical and flooring.

Our trades work together in a custom designed factory, so we build up to 50% faster than traditional construction. Our production and completion times are estimated correctly – and keep you up-to-date via our BlueSky Customer Service and Communication Commitment.

We may need to conduct a site inspection if an installation location difficult terrain or limited access. If a site inspection is required, we will arrange a suitable time to meet within 24 hours. This will help us cost the project accurately.
