The BlueSky Modular range of demountable buildings customises the design of your laundry room and includes every modern convenience. You determine the space you need, and include amenities to suit you. They also provide the flexibility to relocate, expand or renovate as your needs change.
Demountables are especially well suited to mining camps, building sites, boarding schools, community groups, places of worship and charities, who may be required to relocate to new premises when government or council grants change. As they are a portable building, your laundry space relocates with you. It remains an asset that you can control.
Portable Laundry Room
Modular laundry rooms help you to laundry facilities for your staff at mining sites, construction sites, or when taking laundry home is not possible. This means your staff can travel home without the need transport soiled clothing. These portable facilities provide fast access to laundry facilities no mater the location.
Each laundry room can be equipped with hold and cold running water, draining, sinks and power for washer and dryers. They feature natural light and can be air conditioned for comfort equal to any traditional commercial building. Features also include ventilation such as exhaust fans to ensure adequate air flow for dryers.
Due to the flexible, modular construction, each laundry room can be sized to suit your requirements, and expanded as needed. You can also relocate the asset when you move to a new site. Your space can be designed with ramps, disabled access doorways, disabled bathrooms or other features required to enhance accessibility and ensure regulatory compliance.
Each BlueSky Modular building is finished to the highest standard. You can style the building with your choice of Colourbond steel colours, floor coverings, Gyprock walls, air conditioning, decking, doors, windows and amenities such as bathrooms.
